Yes! As long as you are eligible for Livongo through your employer or health plan, Livongo is available at no cost to you. Even shipping is included! Your employer, health plan, or healthcare provider pays for the program on your behalf through a partnership with Livongo. At this time, Livongo is available only to members of participating programs.
To enroll in Livongo for Diabetes, you must have a diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and be eligible through your employer or health plan. To enroll in Livongo for Hypertension, you must have high blood pressure, and be eligible through your employer or health plan. Call us at if you have questions about eligibility.
You can sign up for one program or both programs. Depending on your choice, we’ll send one or two Welcome Kits to get you started. If you start with one, you can always add on the other program when you feel ready.
Once the Livongo for Diabetes Welcome Kit arrives, you’re ready! Your meter will be ready for you to begin checking your blood sugar. When the Livongo for Hypertension Welcome Kit arrives, all you’ll have to do is enable Bluetooth® on your phone and log in to the Livongo app. Tap the “Get Started” link on the app and follow the instructions to begin checking your blood pressure using the Livongo monitor and cuff. The Livongo app will show both your blood sugar and blood pressure readings in one convenient place!
Your Livongo for Diabetes membership comes with unlimited free test strips, which are delivered right to your door. There are four easy ways you can reorder strips:
- Online through the Livongo website member portal at my.livongo.com. Log in and click “Reorder” at the top of the homepage.
- Through your Livongo meter. Tap “Support,” then “Reorder Strips,” and then confirm your address.
- Using the Livongo mobile app. On the navigation bar on the bottom of the screen, click “Support,” then press “Order More Test Strips” in the first box and confirm your address.
- By calling member support (800) 945-4355.
Yes! No matter if you check once a week or once per hour, with Livongo, you receive all the strips you need at no cost to you.
